We have been taking people to these hotels for quite sometime and in general it has not been a problem.

These hotels are far out of the center of Prague and it can take us an hour to get there from the center, sometimes when we get there the customer is gone! Why, you may ask.

The receptionist has told them something like: we called and said we would be late but then says: don't worry as it happens the hotel has a car handy and will be happy to take you to the airport! In some cases the receptionist gets a backhander,

They don't want to waste the time going back to the hotel and have left in a taxi directly from the center (only works of course if you have just carry ons) The bottom line is that these kind folks have not had the common courtesy to phone us and cancel their pickup so a fearless driver has gone all the way out there for nowt! Zero! The big nada!

Please, if you do not want to use our service to go back to the airport, please, please, just send us a text message to cancel the pickup!
