Our fleet of mini-vans and cars offer
We pick you up at your hotel, home or airport terminal and take you to
your destination at a fixed price. On the way into the centre of Prague we provide a variety of information (public transportation, security and other topics) while we point out interesting sites along the way. Ample space in the back provides
comfortable transport of luggage inside the vehicle, never on racks
mounted on top of the vehicle. |
We
were honoured to provide some of the transportation for Mrs. Bush's Prague trip
in May 2002.

Our
standard transfer is above standard.
We, of course, wait for the client with their name on our signboard. We keep track of all flight arrivals by Internet and telephone thus we know if the flight is early or late; no matter what time it arrives we will wait in the arrivals hall for up to an hour after the flight has landed should they perhaps lose luggage or there is any other delay.
On the way into the center of Prague we provide a variety of information while we point out interesting sites along the way.

Transport
Although not all clients may use the public transport system we explain how
it works;
where to buy tickets (single trip and passes), how to validate them as well as
interesting routes.
Money
Exchange
The best (and worst) places to exchange currency as well as the availability
of cashpoints/ATMs and the use of credit cards in Prague.
Restaurants
and Tours
We ask all our clients a variety of questions when we return them to the
airport; where did they eat
- was it good or bad, how was the service or were there any “hidden charges”.
Did
they take any tours and if so were they good value for money.
We then pass on all this information to incoming clients so they can have an idea of what past customers have liked and have not liked. We point out specific restaurants that are known to rip off customers (i.e., charge for tap water, bogus “Welcome” drinks and snacks etc.) and to avoid them as well as restaurants that past customers have found to be good value.
We provide the same information regarding various tours and tour companies as well.
Upon
arrival at the client's destination we provide them
our contact information and arrange a pickup
time.
We love Prague that is why we live here, our goal is to enable visitors to enjoy Prague from the moment they arrive.
