I know this company has been mentioned here before but I'd like to add my very positive endorsement following a recent first time trip to Prague. On time, helpful, informative and fairly priced. Chris, who owns the business, was our driver and gave us the benefit of his many years in the city. Great advice and tips about eating and drinking in Prague and generally making the most of your trip. Nice to find a company like this that lives up to (and in my opinion exceeds) its promise on service.

We have just returned from our first visit to Prague, and as posts above would not hesitate to recommend Prague-Airport-Shuttle. The service was great, our flight landed early but they were there complete with a happy birthday sign for my partner! On the return journey they came and found us in the next door bar!
We used this company for the first time recently and they have provided by far the best service of any airport transfer service we have used on our many trips to Prague. Their website is informative and when you contact them by email the information they provide is first class.
We arranged a pick-up for the 5th May 2007 with a return journey on the 12th May 2007.
The instructions on the return email were very precise and they even provided a photograph of the meeting point, prices were included and how and when to pay the driver. You pay half going to your hotel and half on your return.
Driver Mike was waiting exactly where we expected him and he quickly whisked us all out to the waiting car ,a very modern estate car (don't know what type but I am not good with makes of car). Mike ( he speaks excellent English mainly because he is an American) drove to the hotel in an efficient and quick manner talking all the time about Prague ,places to go ,sights to see ,pubs to visit and gave excellent advice on using the railway system. When we left the car we were given a card with the return pick-up time on it. True to form Mike was there just before the appointed time to take us back to the Airport, even managing to avoid a traffic jam and get us there just before our check-in opened. All in all an excellent service we have no hesitation in recommending.
1st class service by a 1st class company. Our driver Mike was really well informed, he gave us loads of tips and ideas, particularly times to visit places and where to eat. He was on time and waited for for us at the airport even though we were delayed for a couple of hours. Definitely a company that I'd recommend to anybody.
I wanted to update with recent experience (Dec 2008) for those considering this company. For those who is reading this, obviously you are wondering if they are legit, safe, etc... well don't worry, IT'S SAFE, TRUSTABLE, and COST-EFFECTIVE. And I can say this because I had different driver for in/out, so I can speak from 2 experiences instead of just one. On my arrival, Monica was already waiting for me with my name card. She is local Czech, very friendly, and speak Perfect English. She was really proud of the town and it was nice to be able to speak with a local (you don't usually get such chance) on our 20min journey into our hotel Andel's. On my departure, Mike (whose review have been presented above) arrived 10min early at the hotel. What makes it great is that he comes to you and ask 'Would you be xxx?" and he quickly identified himself as Mike from Prague Airport Shuttle. So you have 2 ways to confirm his identity (because I hear there are some dodgy drivers pretending to be pick up). He swifted through the streets, entertaining us with his own stories about Prague. I paid 600kc (for the 550kc quoted) which I think was excellent deal. Taking the bus, metro, and walking to hotel is a bit tough for first-timer in Prague, so I'm glad I chose them. Thank you all!

Just arrived back from Prague 14th January 2007. Just to say I would recommend Prague Airport Shuttle taxi's to anyone. Their drivers are great and they tell you so much about Prague. They were on time to collect us from the airport in Prague and also for the return journey, to the very second. Wow what a great service.
